The Family Connection is a Home Visiting program available to all families in Henry and Washington Counties with a child age prenatal through age 5. We believe that parents are the first and most important teachers of children. Our home visits include both an educational component as well as a fun activity that helps children learn. Each home visit is personalized for your family. We also provide ongoing support and information about community referrals. Families are also able to earn incentives such as diapers and wipes.
